Face your story.
Rewrite it with Jesus.
Rise into purpose.
Our Stories
Stories carry us, define us, and sometimes confine us. They’re written on the walls of our hearts — in childhood memories, whispered dreams, and core beliefs that shape how we see ourselves today. But what if the stories we left behind are still waiting in those rooms of our hearts… longing for someone to turn the lights on? What if the chapters we thought were finished could be told again… and even rewritten by Love Himself?
Rise to Rest
When I began writing Rise to Rest, I thought I was simply making an album to help people rest. What I didn’t realise was that it would become the spark of something much greater — the beginning of what is now the Rise Project. These songs were born in a season when Jesus was showing me how to slow down, listen to my heart, and let His peace into the places I’d been striving, and weary for too long.
For me, Rise to Rest wasn’t just creating an album — it was a personal invitation from God into a deeper journey of healing and wholeness with Him. Over time, that journey eventually grew beyond the album into HeartCare Foundations — a space for slowing down, reconnecting with your heart, and hearing His voice in the middle of your own story.

It’s never too late to let peace into the room.
HeartCare Foundations
HeartCare Foundations is a six-week journey into heart awareness, emotional healing, and deeper intimacy with Jesus. Together, we’ll slow down and explore your “heart home” — the rooms that hold your memories, hopes, and hurts — inviting Him to rewrite our stories and bring light, compassion, and healing into every space.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning to receive: compassion, truth, and love, especially in the places that have felt unloved for a long time. In this safe, invitational space, you can show up as you are — no pressure, no performance — and discover the treasure Jesus has placed within you.
I’m Sheryn
And these are my crazy sidekicks (aka fam) — the ones responsible for laughs, laundry, snuggles and a heck of a lot of joy.
I’m a recovering perfectionist, lifelong creative, and a little more introverted than my life would suggest. These days I wear a lot of hats — wife, mum, coach, musician, and accidental gatherer of people — but at the heart of it all, I’m passionate about helping others find freedom, healing, and joy as they rewrite their story with Jesus.
I love creating spaces that feel safe and genuine — where hearts can open, faith feels real, and transformation feels less like hard work and more like a deep sigh of relief. Half my life is writing, coaching, and creating spaces for heart transformation, the other half is reminding my kids that you can’t survive on Weet-Bix alone.
