Program Overview
Welcome Home
1
We’ll begin by reconnecting with our heart - not as something fragile or flawed, but as a treasured dwelling place. A place where Jesus longs to be with you and rewrite your story through love and compassion.
Triggers

When we get reactive, it’s often because something inside us feels unsafe. We’ll learn how our triggers can actually be invitations - clues that a younger part of us is asking for safety, care and a chance to speak.
Protectors

We all develop strategies to keep our hearts safe. In this session, we’ll begin to recognise these protectors with compassion, understanding what they’ve been trying to shield us from and how they’ve helped us survive.
Compassion

Once we’ve met our protectors, we learn to turn toward the younger parts of ourselves under their masks. This is about offering compassion to our hearts where there may have once been judgement, rejection or silence.
Encounters

We’ll explore a framework for opening our hearts to Jesus, recognising what might be blocking connection, so we can cultivate the freedom to learn how to hear his voice whenever we want to meet with Him.
New Stories

Finally - it’s time to discover the treasure within our pain. As Jesus heals and rewrites our old stories with His truth, we begin to see ourselves through His eyes - deeply loved and with a divine, unique purpose.
Choose your HeartCare pathway

HeartCare with Friends $150pp
Grab a few friends (2–8 works beautifully) and dive into your HeartCare journey together. All you need to do is pick someone from your group to host at their home and I’ll give you everything you need — videos, resources, and guidance.

HeartCare Group Online $150pp
A self-paced HeartCare journey you can do in your own time, with the support of a small WhatsApp group of 3-8 facilitated by a HeartCare coach. Learn the content yourself, then share the journey with friends you already know or a group you’re placed in. It’s a gentle way to grow together without the pressure of set meeting times.

HeartCare Solo Online $250
A fully self-guided, self-paced journey with the personal support of a coach. You’ll work through the HeartCare Foundations content in your own time and at your pace, with short check-ins with your personal coach after each module.
+ HeartCare Extended
For those who want to go all-in and dive deeper, HeartCare Extended is an optional add-on to your chosen pathway.
Sometimes we just need someone to come alongside us — not to tell us what Jesus is saying, but to help us tune in so we can hear Him for ourselves. HeartCare Extended gives you access to a 90-minute 1:1 guided encounter session designed to equip and empower you to confidently walk through heart-healing conversations with Jesus on your own.
Rather than coaching you about your heart, this is hands-on, Spirit-led facilitation that helps you engage directly with Him. You’ll receive step-by-step support in activating your imagination, noticing how He’s speaking, and navigating any doubts or blockages along the way. Through thoughtful questions and gentle guidance, you’ll not only meet with Him in the moment, but also leave with greater confidence to keep doing this for yourself long after the session ends.
Available online or in person (depending on location), this add-on is a beautiful way to deepen your HeartCare journey while strengthening your connection with the One who knows and loves your heart best.
