HeartCare Breathe is a six-part guided encounter journey through the imagery of Psalm 23.

It’s an invitation to slow down, step into the story of Scripture, and meet with Jesus as your Shepherd — not just as someone you know about, but as someone who walks beside you, cares for what you carry, and gently leads your heart into rest.

Many of us have read Psalm 23 and felt the beauty of its imagery:

A Shepherd who leads.
Green pastures.
Still waters.
A restored soul.
A table in the presence of enemies.
Goodness and mercy following every step of the way.

But what would happen if we didn’t only read Psalm 23 from the outside?

What if we entered it like a story?

What if the Psalm became a path to walk with Jesus — a place where our hearts could slow down, notice what we’re carrying, and encounter his compassion and kindness in a way that feels deeply personal?

That is the invitation of HeartCare Breathe.

Who is this for?

Breathe is for anyone who longs to experience Jesus more personally, but may not always know how to slow down enough to receive his love.

It may be especially helpful for the ones who:

  • love Jesus, but often feel tired or distant from him.

  • want Scripture to move from head knowledge into more heart connection

  • want to notice more of what their heart is truly carrying

  • find it hard to rest without guilt or pressure

  • are curious about meeting with Jesus through story, imagery, and journalling

  • want a gentle place to begin

The Journey

1. Presence: Walking with your Shepherd.
2. Rest: Bringing him what you’ve been carrying.
3. Restoration: Letting the Shepherd restore your soul.
4. Courage and Comfort: Discovering his nearness in the valley.
5. Abundance: Sitting at the table he prepares for you.
6. Homecoming: Recognising goodness and mercy every step of the way home.
